Request permanent deletion of your GridTV Sports account and data

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Enter the email address associated with your GridTV Sports account below
  2. Check the confirmation box to acknowledge that deletion is permanent
  3. Click "Request Account Deletion" to submit your request
  4. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours
  5. Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

What Data Will Be Deleted

Password (hashed) Permanently deleted
Session tokens Permanently deleted
TV casting sessions Permanently deleted
Subscription status Permanently deleted
Account preferences Permanently deleted
Retention Period: Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. During this period, you may contact us to cancel your deletion request. After 30 days, deletion is irreversible.

Before you proceed:

  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone after 30 days
  • You will lose access to any active subscriptions
  • All your TV casting sessions will be terminated
  • You will need to create a new account to use GridTV Sports again
